Ideas / Tips

Let us share with you some ways to get the most bang for your buck in political marketing
 for your political campaign.

This information is intended to help the political campaign manager, political consultant, or political candidate to be more aware of the potential marketing tools available through us and why to use them.

Political Yard Sign or Political Sign / Banner:

The Yard Sign use of these in the right areas including near polling booths, parking lots near polling areas can make a big difference in helping the constituents have your name in the brain before the walk into the polling room.  Many older constituents may vote on you simply by subconscious name recognition.

Having your Yard Signs near freeway entrances, without any other Yard Signs can lend to a subconscious and conscious separation of you from the political pack and also give name remembrance and recognition at the polls.

Political Bumper Stickers:

Positive or Negative bumpers stickers on cars driven by people of similar class in areas where they will vote can play a very positive reinforcement to your campaign.  Example: If someone driving a car of similar quality, that is in my area where I live, and has a positive or negative political bumper sticker.  It plays a factor both consciously and subconsciously.  Because the driver lends credence to someone that appears similar to them.  In America we place great importance in what we drive, where we live, and how we think as a group. Thus the positive or negative influence of the bumper sticker is given credibility and a mental staying power.  Mind set: If that person is like me, then maybe they are more aware in how one like us should vote on this candidate, and so forth.

Also noted is the reverse, if someone driving a vehicle that stands out in the crowd, or in the area where they commonly travel.  Having a candidates bumper sticker may pass on the resentment for the driver for being socially and economically well above the average or standard of everyone one else in the area.

Middleclass drivers with positive or negative bumper stickers driving a vehicle common in that social area as being considered normal gives positive influence for that candidates bumpers sticker.  The sticker become the average man's bumper sticker, especially if seen in large numbers of vehicles in same social area.

The cost is one tenth the cost of Direct Mail.
The following is the comparison between the two marketing campaigns based on Mortgage Industry averages:

Number Response Rate Cost Total Cost
    Direct Mail 100,000 0.15% - 0.20% $0.55 $55,000
    Voice Mail 100,000 0.15% - 0.20% $0.055 $5,500
This means you can effectively reach more people, with less money.  The best combination is too have our Voice Broadcasting Team take your list scrub it against the national do not call list.  The ones that can not be called directly you send to the Mailer Team for post cards and / or mail pieces and the rest use in Message / Voice Broadcasting. This way your campaign has a more evenly spread coverage.

Last Days: It is also a proven idea to Message / Voice Mail Broadcast your potential constituents no later then 7 to 10 days before election so that  your elect will be refresh in their minds during the voting process.
