Our experienced customer service staff will assist you with any questions you might have and provide you with a quote for our services and postage.  We do not mark up postage costs and provide a US Postal Service receipt of quantity, total postage, and delivery date.

We encourage all of our clients to involve us in the beginning stages of a direct mail project. There are physical size requirements of material set by the USPS and if they are not adhered to your postage costs will be greatly impacted. Similarly, all our machines have limitations and a ¼ inch in the design stage could mean the difference between machine and hand work, where hand work would be much more expensive. 

Data Base Management

We can maintain your database in house if needed or just process it for one time use. We will CASS certify and standardize your list per USPS requirements, which will enable your mailings to achieve the highest USPS discounts allowed. We also offer duplicate address removal, NCOA (National Change of Address), and many other data processing services to enhance your deliverability and reach your target audience.

Letter & Post Card Printing

Our black & white high speed laser printers can personalize your letters. We also have digital color laser printing to produce personalized media in color. Generally, color lasers are used to produce personalized 4-color cards. At quantities of 5,000 and less it is competitively priced with regular generic offset color printing but is personalized for greater impact.

Direct Mail Processing

          The core of our business is the processing of your direct mail material. We have various equipment to efficiently prepare your mail for delivery to the USPS.

Logistics

          Once we process and sort your mail for the greatest postal discounts we deliver it to our local USPS facility in Santa Ana, CA. For larger volumes of mail we will drop ship to any postal facility in the US for greater postage savings and faster delivery times.
